Originating from the desk of Southwell Yacht Design, the Maverick 400 is a ground breaking and refreshing design combining extreme comfort with a smart sail plan enabling swift passage making times between those idyllic anchorages in your favourite cruising grounds. Available in either the owner’s version with one hull been dedicated for the owner and the other with two double cabins. The option to this version is the classic four cabin layout accommodating 4 couples, an ideal charter set up.

Voted the best Sailing Craft in both 2009 and 2010, the Maverick 400 is a comfortable and well appointed cruising catamaran and is certified to the European Recreational Craft Directive Category A (Ocean).With its high bridge deck clearance, this boat is a pleasure to sail with no wave slapping sounds penetrating the hull and disturbing you on those passages between ports. A clever deck layout enables the helmsman to control all the sails from the comfort of the helm station and thus resulting in you not having to leave the safety of the cockpit during reefing. Below decks, the inclusion of various home comforts make for a pleasant stay onboard be it for the day out on the bay, or and extended cruising holiday in the Caribbean.
